School Direct Placements for September 2015

School Direct Placements are available at The Folkestone School for Girls
to start in September 2015 in the following subjects
 
       Science - Physic & Chemistry
       Mathematics
       English
       Computer Science
     

 
Applicants must have a relevant degree and some experience of working with children
in a school or non-school environment.


You may be eligible for a Bursary up to £20,000* or a Scholarship up to £25,000* to train

Job Type:
Fixed Term Contract for One Academic Year
Hours: 30 hours per week.  Term Time plus one week

The successful candidate(s) will be fluent in either French, German or Spanish and will be able to help students improve their language oral skills. In addition, candidates would be expected to cover lessons in the absence of the teacher, supervise students whilst they carry out their own private study and provide administration and technician support as required. Applicants should have good interpersonal skills, be computer literate, have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work well under pressure.
