School Direct Placements are available at The Folkestone School for Girls
to start in September 2015 in the following subjects
 
       Science - Physic & Chemistry
       Mathematics
       English
       Computer Science
       Geography

 
Applicants must have a relevant degree and some experience of working with children
in a school or non-school environment.

Interviews will commence in December 2014
 
You may be eligible for a Bursary up to £20,000* or a Scholarship up to £25,000* to train

A dynamic, enthusiastic and effective teacher is required to join our highly successful and well-resourced Science department. We are seeking someone who is able to teach all three Sciences to KS4 and their specialist science to KS5.
We want a teachers who can stretch and challenge students of all ages and abilities in this outstanding 11-18 grammar school.

Applications from candidates who are able to teach A level Chemistry are particularly welcome.

Finance Assistant - Part Time

Salary: £14,701 - £16,666 (pro-rata)
Job Type:
Part Time, Term time + 3 weeks
Hours:  (18.5 hours per week)
Mon-Thurs 9.00am-1.00pm & Fri 1.30pm-4.00pm

The successful candidate will work in our Finance Office as part of the busy Finance team.
Applicants should be computer literature, numerate, accurate and have previous experience of cash handling.
This person should have the ability to multi-task and have good interpersonal & organisational skills.
