The Folkestone School for Girls has just been recognised nationally for its exceptional 2015 performance by the SSAT.
Educational Outcomes data analysis from Schools, Students and Teachers network (SSAT) has shown that the school is in the top 10% nationally for progress made by students between their key stage 2 results at primary school and their key stage 4 results.
Combined with 100% of students achieving 5 A*- C at GCSE including English and Mathematics, students and staff further cement an unparalleled record of achievement and attainment, both locally and nationally. The Department for Education concludes there is no statistically better performing similar school within 75 miles.
Sue Williamson, Chief Executive of SSAT said:
