2026 Young Enterprise Success!

Last week one of our Year 10 Young Enterprise Student Companies travelled to London to compete in the South East Regional Showcase. The students represented the school with outstanding professionalism and enthusiasm, especially impressive given that they had completed their RE exam only moments before boarding the minibus. Throughout the day, the team took part in an interview with a panel of industry experts and delivered their company presentation to an audience of more than 50 guests. When the awards were announced, Stitch and Patch (pictured in this article) were named the winners of the South East Sustainability Award 2026 an incredible achievement.

While celebrating this success, it is also important to recognise the achievements of all our Young Enterprise teams this year:

It has been a genuine pleasure to work with such a talented, committed and creative group of students. I am incredibly proud of what every single participant has achieved throughout the programme this year.
